The Licenses report shows additional fields for app editions, including the edition your customer is on, and dates and details for upgrade trials.
These fields will be reflected and filterable in API response, as well as the report UI.
The Transactions report shows what edition your customer is on.
This field will be reflected and filterable in API response, as well as the report UI.
With editions, the evaluations report will now have two types of evaluations:
Net new evaluations: This will be the count of the number of new customers for an app. These will be first-time customers irrespective of the edition they have installed.
Upgrade evaluations: This will be the count of the number of customers who start and upgrade trial for an app. These are customers who are on a lower edition (i.e. Standard and have started a trial for the Advanced edition).
These breakdowns will be reflected in API response, as well as the report UI.
With editions, the conversion report will has two types of conversions in lieu of the evaluations:
Net new conversion: This will be the conversion rate for new customers that start trial of an app irrespective of the edition.
Upgrade conversion: This will be the conversion rate for existing customers that start upgrade trials of an app for a higher edition.
This breakdown will be reflected in API response, as well as the report UI.
The Feedback details report will include the latest edition for which the feedback was left during uninstallation.
The license events accessed via the license events report shows the edition of the license against whichever relevant event (churn, conversion or renewal) is fired.
